A
A customer of the United States of America

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Veslar.

One thing that really stood out to us was that they are willing to sell additional matching material and thread for customers who may need it for other parts of their boat project. We needed extra fabric to complete other areas of our build, and being able to get an exact match made the process so much easier. That level of customer service and foresight says a lot about how they do business.

As customers in the United States, we were initially a little nervous about making a large purchase overseas. We also had a few hiccups with our banks flagging the international payment transaction (gotta love today's world!). Throughout the process, however, the Veslar team was patient, responsive, and worked with us every step of the way until everything was resolved.

Once payment was completed, our order arrived from Ukraine to the United States surprisingly fast, and the quality of the materials exceeded our expectations.

Thank you, Veslar, for the excellent products and outstanding customer service. We will absolutely be recommending your company and products to others.
